Part II Dobson versus Spongebob

Well now the national media has picked up on the conflict between Dr. James Dobson (Focus on our Family) and Spongebob.   You have to see the MSNBC piece  on this insidious plot that Dobson has exposed.  Keith Olbermann covers the story and even plays the evil video in question.  Too funny... this should inspire a windfall of giving to Focus on the Family.  Click here and scroll down to the graphic link to the video.  You have to watch a quick Monster.com commercial before the MSNBC piece plays but it is worth it.  Also, watch all the way through the music video featuring Spongebob so you can see Olbermann's final comments.  OK, before I go THIS KIND OF stuff is a big reason Evangelicals are ______________!  (you fill in the blank)

Ok, now that I've had another laugh about this I starting to get really irritated with Dobson. Here is what the link to this video says "SpongeBob controversy
Jan. 20: Click here to watch the video the Christian groups are referring to." Christian groups... I can imagine this being a big issue to Jesus.

The verdict is out... will Dobson be as successfull in his campaign against Spongebob Squarepants and Jerry Falwell was against the Teletubbies? In the mean time real important life stuff is happening in the world believe or not. I wonder if the "great cloud of witnesses" are cheering this cartoon campaign on?

Keith Olberrman is hilarious. I was thinking the exact same thing he said. There really isn't much of spongebob, unless MSNBC cut out the very end when they faded back to Keith. I'd show that video in our children's ministry at the church any day. Dobson and all his cronies at F on F need to get a life.
